Unpacking STEM Careers: Her Voice in Science

On this International Day of Women and Girls in Science, we celebrate the trailblazers shaping the future!

As we mark 10 years of this important day, it’s time to pave the way for the women and girls our world needs in STEM. Breaking stereotypes, uplifting role models and fostering inclusive environments — this is how we close the gender gap in science.

In our mission to revolutionise treatment for glioblastoma, one of the deadliest brain tumours with no curative treatment, we are proud of the incredible women at NuCapCure leading the charge like Dr Mariana Ferrer Casal a discovery project manager at GalChimia, Tine Raabe a technician at Oslo University Hospital and Dr Elin Ryan a researcher at Oslo University Hospital.

The women driving NuCapCure today will inspire the next generation of scientists tomorrow. Let’s keep pushing boundaries! Hear from Mariana, Tine and Elin on what it means to be a woman in STEM and working in the NuCapCure team.
